Code Khalaq started in 2020 in Lahore as a small engineering team taking on the projects larger vendors would not touch: legacy pharmacy systems that needed modern integrations, telemedicine platforms that had to scale, and internal tools that had outgrown their spreadsheets. Since then we have grown into a full-service agency covering product advisory, engineering, data and AI, and long-term support, with most of our clients in the US and UK and a US office in Austin, Texas planned.
Healthcare is where we have done our deepest work. We have built and operated telemedicine infrastructure, pharmacy and EHR-connected systems, and patient-facing platforms for clients such as LifeRx.md, MedLife, HealthBridge Medical and PharmaCare Solutions. That experience is why we productised Pulse, an AI receptionist that answers patient calls, books into the practice management system, and hands anything clinical to staff.
Outside healthcare we work with founders launching an MVP, SMEs replacing manual operations with custom ERP and CRM systems, and companies adding AI to an existing product.
