This policy explains how Code Khalaq ("we", "us") handles information collected through codekhalaq.com. It covers this website only; the Pulse product has its own policy at codekhalaq.com/pulse/privacy.

Information we collect

• Contact form: your name, email address, and message, used solely to respond to your enquiry.
• Job applications: the details and documents you submit when applying for a role, used solely to evaluate your application.
• Booking: if you schedule a call, Calendly collects your name, email, and chosen time under Calendly's privacy policy.
• Site analytics: we record page views and button clicks first-party, with no cookies. We store the page path, referrer domain, device type, and a daily-rotating anonymous identifier. We do not store your IP address or track you across other sites, and we honor your browser's Do Not Track setting.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
• We do not run third-party advertising or advertising trackers.
• We do not send marketing email unless you explicitly ask to hear from us.

Third-party services

The site uses Google reCAPTCHA on forms to prevent spam (subject to Google's privacy policy) and Calendly for scheduling. Form notifications are delivered through our email provider. Each processes only what is needed to provide its function.

Data retention

Contact enquiries are kept while we correspond with you and for a reasonable period afterwards. Job applications are kept while a role is open and for up to 12 months to consider you for future roles, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Anonymous analytics records are kept indefinitely as aggregate statistics.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion. If you are in the UK or EU, you have these rights under GDPR; we apply the same standard to everyone. Contact us through the contact page and we will respond promptly.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, data is stored on access-controlled infrastructure, and access to submissions is limited to the people who need it to respond to you.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will appear on this page with an updated date.
