MVP Development
That Ships in Weeks
A minimum viable product is the smallest thing that lets real users answer your biggest question. We scope it in a week, build it in 4 to 12 weeks at a fixed price, and stay on to build what the feedback tells you to build next.
What does an MVP development company actually do?
An MVP development company turns a product idea into a working, usable first version fast enough that you learn something before the budget runs out. That means three things done in the right order: deciding what to leave out, designing the few screens that matter, and engineering them on a foundation you will not have to throw away.
Most MVPs fail on the first step. A "minimum" product that tries to cover every user type and every edge case takes six months and teaches you nothing. Our discovery week exists to cut scope down to the one workflow that proves or disproves the idea, and to write that scope down so the fixed price attached to it means something.
We have done this for founders launching a new SaaS product, for clinics and health companies building patient-facing tools, and for established businesses testing a new line before committing a full team. MedLife went from concept to launch in six weeks; a simple MVP typically takes 4 to 8 weeks, and a fuller first release lands within 100 days. The timeline is set in discovery, not guessed on a sales call.
How we build an MVP
Discovery and scope
A discovery workshop with your team: who the first users are, what they must be able to do, and what we are deliberately not building. Output is a written scope, a screen list, and a fixed price with a delivery date.
Design the core flow
Wireframes and clickable prototypes for the main workflow only. You test them with two or three real users before any code is written, because changing a prototype costs an afternoon and changing a built feature costs a week.
Build in weekly increments
A small senior team ships working software to a staging environment every week. You see progress in the product, not in a status report, and can redirect while there is still budget to do it.
Release to first users
Production deployment, monitoring, analytics on the core workflow, and a short warranty period. If the MVP handles personal or health data, security and compliance work is part of the build, not an add-on.
Iterate or scale
The same engineers who built the MVP stay available through team extension or a second fixed-price phase, so the knowledge does not walk out the door at launch.
What kind of MVP are you building?
SaaS and web products
Multi-user web applications with accounts, billing and one core workflow. Built on Django or Node with a React or server-rendered front end, so the MVP becomes the v1 rather than a rewrite.
Healthcare and regulated products
Patient-facing apps, telemedicine flows and tools that touch health data. We build with HIPAA safeguards from day one and sign a business associate agreement, the same way we run Pulse.
AI-powered MVPs
Products where a model is the core feature. We start with a proof of concept on your real data, then wrap it in the smallest product that lets users judge it. See AI PoC & MVP for the AI-specific track.
What is included in a fixed-price MVP
Written scope and price
A screen list, user stories and acceptance criteria, priced before you commit. See how our fixed-price projects work.
Design
Wireframes, a clickable prototype and production UI for the core workflow, tested with real users before build.
Engineering
Backend, front end, authentication, hosting setup and CI, delivered weekly to a staging environment you can open.
Quality and security
Automated tests on the core flow, OWASP-guided review, and compliance work where the data requires it.
Launch and analytics
Production deployment, error monitoring and usage analytics on the workflow you are trying to validate.
Handover or continuity
Full source and documentation, plus the option to keep the same team on for the next phase.
Questions founders ask before an MVP
How long does MVP development take?
A simple MVP with one core workflow typically takes 4 to 8 weeks after a one-week discovery. A fuller first release with accounts, billing and integrations lands within 100 days. We give you the date in the written scope, not on the sales call.
How much does an MVP cost?
It depends entirely on scope, which is why we scope first. The discovery week produces a fixed price for exactly what is in the screen list. Anything added later is quoted separately, so the number you approve is the number you pay.
Will I have to rebuild after the MVP?
Not if it is built properly. We use the same frameworks and hosting for an MVP that we use for production systems, and keep the architecture simple rather than clever. The goal is that the MVP becomes the first version of your product, not a prototype you throw away.
Do I own the code?
Yes. You receive the full repository, infrastructure configuration and documentation at handover, whether or not you keep working with us.
Where is the team based?
The whole team is in Lahore, Pakistan, and we run on a schedule that overlaps US and UK working hours, which gives you same-day communication with the cost profile of an offshore team. A US office in Austin, Texas is planned. Read more about who we are.
Have an idea that needs a first version?
Bring the idea and any notes you have. A 30-minute call is enough to tell you whether a discovery week makes sense and roughly what an MVP would involve.
